Christmas just keeps on giving

Oh, this Christmas post is late! I’m always a bit slow to get back into action after the big day. It also took me a while to get all the pictures from everyone’s devices and cameras. But here they are – finally! And here’s my report on our 2 lovely Christmas celebrations, plus the inevitable leftovers.

Soba salad, big burgers and chips

My cooking mojo has been a bit lacking lately. I’ve been trying out lots of weird recipes that I’ve never tried before, and many of them have been disappointing. On Thursday I really felt like a good meal that everyone would like.

I stop for a brief blogging breather and next thing I  know 4 days have gone by since my last post! I can’t let Vegan MoFo beat me, after all it’s almost over (just like the AFL footy season). I have a folder of half written posts, so rather than finish each one, I’m going to mash them all together into one post about what I’ve eaten lately.

Powerbean balls

The meal I made for dinner tonight was bloody BEAUTIFUL…even if I do say so myself. 🙂

I can highly recommend Powerbean Balls and Rainbow Salad. Everyone liked it, and it was perfect for a hot and sweaty day like today.
